Servers from owned-networks.net (https://www.owned-networks.net/dedicated.html)and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/) are to my liking and I have to select the best one, so which way is better to follow?

I'd draw your attention to servers which QHoster.cvom and KVChosting.net provide.
The technical support at them is always great. Their prices are on the high end for the overall service, however.
