Server which is the best for hosting a blog...

Servers from kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicatedserver.html) and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/) are attractive for me and I have to stick to only one for hosting a blog, so what should I do?
