To get inquiries only ranking in top 10 is not enough. Researches shows that only top 3 ranking has the ability to get 60 percent clicks. After someone clicks on your website from Google SERPs there are many factors which decides you'll get any query or not like:
- Website's Call to action
- Does website serves the same purpose as shown in SERPs
- Does website is user friendly
- How convincing your content is

Hi
May be this is the problem of your keyword or of your website. You need to check the user behavior means form that keyword how many visitors are coming and how many is clicking your site.
Also check your website contact form is this working well or not.

Inquiries depends on many factors. Like people explained here- keyword selection is one of the main element i***uencing conversion rate. May be your website have conceivable look and feel, but if your target audience is looking for something else, then they'll bounce back. Secondly your product, your competitor price are other factors.

If you are getting good number of visitors, then try to make those visitors to perform some action in your site. Highlight your service or products advantages so that reading that people will be tempted to make some enquires.
