Yes, Avira is one of the best antiviruses which can easy to install and operate; you just download and install it I am sure your PC is clean with all viruses.

I don't think any one program will keep you safe from every virus they all have flaws. But for removing a virus I've had the best luck with Malware-Bytes, the free version.
