i have it uploaded in my ftp and i dont understant why it isnt working.

open the HTML file of home page and select the image of about and then link it with the given url with <a anchor tag and close it a/>

Yes,i agree with u my friend.It is a simple way for adding the link on image.Open the html page in dreamweaver then add the link in image.
