I am facing hacking problem. my websites are always hacked so I want to know what is necessary step should be taken to avoid hacking.

Website hacking or simple hacking is process of find the weaknesses of a website in the admin section of the website through which a hacker can get the access to the complete website and its database. By doing this a hacker can get your crucial information of coding or any confidential information of your website. So while developing a website the security parameters should be considered and some short of encryption must be used.

The main thing of hacking is the Cross site scripting also called as XSS. The best way to protect your site from those kind of attacks, is to ensure you validate all the inputs to your site. Any form of inputs like page headers,cookies,query string,hidden fields used on forms and forms fields used to gather some sort of input from the users should be validated.
