Creating video upload site like youtube

I want to know how to do video upload using php, I want to save these videos and also I want to display it. Please tell me if you find any tutorial to do so. I am good at programming so if I require to learn some new stuff then I do not have any problem. I just want to create a small website which will allow admin to upload, view, store videos. Only admin will upload video and all these videos will be watched by many users.
Hope I was able to explain what I want :) Please suggest.
