According to Larry Page Google+ have over 100 million active users now.

does it mean Google+ is really growing ? or are we witnessing a publicity stunt ?

Probably its really growing. Yet i think it will take long for Google+ to beat facebook if we compare, Facebook is popular among people who are not even much technical.
