There is no PHPMyAdmin

I recently purchased a domain and host from znetIndia. I think there is no PHPMyAdmin in it. How do I manage my database?
It allows me only to create database and its users.
Can some one tell me how to install phpmyadmin or any other option?

You can use software such as Oracle's SQL Developer ( FREE ). You will have to add in the plugin to connect, but it will work.
