Video on top of web page

I have been to sites where a video will play when you access the site. Not in a box but maybe the person will walk on to the page and begin talking. It appears almost as if the video is on top of the page.

I understand how to shoot video and how to make it into mp4 or any format for that matter. I also understand how to shoot it so that the background can be made invisible.

What I am not sure of is how to place it in the code so that it appears as if it is on top of the page.

I am not going to answer your questions now. I have also seen such sites which play a movie when opened with invisible background. I don't know how they do but interested to know about how is it done? As you have stated that you know how to make the video background invisible than please let me know about the tool or method to make the background invisible.
