Fullscreen Flash microsite with opaque background overlay

Hi,

I want to launch a swf presentation on html, making the 50% transparent grey background overlaying the website, and loading the flash presentation site.

Something like visual lightbox effect, but instead of an image slider, i will have a flash site.

Please guide me to get this thing working.
