Menu is buggy

Can anyone help me figure out why this menu is buggy in IE? It seems to rest well in the table it is nested in, in Chrome and Firefox but IE knocks it out of kilter. I am emulating the menu located at http://www.conservation.org/Pages/default.aspx

Pay attention to CSS padding. IE view padding different to Firefox and Chrome. What you need to do is create a seperate stylesheet for IE because if you do not, more than just your menu would be of.
