Add Captcha to formtoemail.php

Hey,
Any help would be appreciated. I currently have a questionnaire and contact form on my website using the free formtoemail.php script from http://formtoemail.com/formtoemail_free_version.php. I've been tinkering with some captcha php scripts and integrating it with the formtoemail.php. I've had a little bit of success, but not what i desire.
If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm mainly concerned with web design (using dreameaver) and don't have a very solid understanding of php.

Try reCaptcha (http://www.google.com/recaptcha). They have sample PHP code to verify the captcha that you can plug-in to the form to email script
