Is there anything wrong with my php script with my website?

Hi, I realized that my website is sometimes running a bit slow so maybe I have lost a lot of potential customers. I just designed this new website (asked a web design to make it), but seems like sometimes it takes a long time to run on certain areas. I am not sure if its because my picture size is too big (mostly 800*600 pixels) or the coding is making it load too many unnecessary things on the site etc.

Please help give some feedback about if there is something wrong with the coding.
