Flash Plug In - Blank Screen

for those who visit out site and dont have a flash plug in, what can you do to stop the the blank screen from appearing?

we use now <embed width="120" height="450" src="/storage/160x600pc1-link.swf" pluginspage="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer"></embed>

please help me!
