I need help creating a login and registration page

My name is Tim I have created a site www.disciplesnchrist.org.... I need to get the registration and login features working right.... I have the database set up and the links on there and the php but something isn't working right....

I will gladly pay someone to complete this for me....it should be too much work left to do.....
