PHP script installation

I just downloaded micro star php script:

I can access the file fine.
What I want to be able to do is set up the review system on only some of my web pages. How would I go about doing this?
I have no previous experience.

Example for my website, I manually put in one page per reviewable item, such as one page per car to be reviewed. So, therefore I need to work on each page where a car is.. not the home page and not the contact page.

Hi,

I am unsure how far you are into your website design and development but I would suggest that if you are in the current setting up stages that you use wordpress platform instead as it would be easier to manage the reviews/ratings. Feel free to contact me if you require any further help
