Hi All,

My name is Michael and I'm from Holland/the Netherlands. I am new to this forum, I'm joining this forum to gain insight in the world of web development. I recently made my first website (www.mijnwerkbrief.nl). I have assigned a webdeveloper to design and implement the basics for me.

I have about 25 domain names which I want to develop now. Since, I'm new in web development I want your advice about the cost of developing a fully automated website.

I have put a picture here ( http://www.mijnwerkbrief.nl/acties) explaining the website I want to develop.

I need the following questions from you guys:

Features Website:
 Fully automated
 Ad centered
 Good search experience
 Easy to change/modify manually
 Not expensive maintenance
 Not expensive to build/develop
 Good/Nice design

How to build:
Using existing systems, like web crawlers/spiders
Using existing scripts of websites, which can be bought online
Using existing CMS systems or other systems

My Questions:
Can you buy a turn-key system with those features: what are the costs?
How much does it cost to develop such a system: using existing systems or building from scratch?
How much are the maintenance costs?
How much time does the development take?

Looking forward to hear your ideas!

Michael
