Mobile detection anyone?

Hi,

Can anyone tel me where I may be able to find help for getting my site to display differently if it's on a mobile device? The site I have made looks really sleek on a standard monitor, but it not on mobile devices. I found a php script online, but as a graphic artist transitioning to the world of code, I am still a bit unsure of how to implement it...

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

The PHP code ( and Im guesing here) is probably some sort of browser detector. The best way of doing this is by creating another CSS sheet for handheld and codeing that for mobile devices.
