Help - making an online business directory

Hello, my name is Robbie and I have basic web design skills. What I want to do exceeds my basic skills, in that I want to create a website where businesses pay me to host their business details and links etc to attract traffic to their own site.
I am not really sure how I would go about this?
Any help is appreciated.

I am also willing to pay a small fee for a design/template/website that is already been made or someone who is willing to make a new one.

Basic PHP and MySql knowledge is all that is needed to create this. Unless you are intending to automate the advertising subscriptions or instead just going to add them once they pay etc.

Take a look at the two skills I mentioned and I'm sure you can build what you want in no time.
