Browser Compatibility problem- Please help

Hello Everyone,
I am a beginner in Web development, Currently i have developed a website, i need to host it over the WWW. Am facing the following problems.
-> My website works well in Mozilla 3.6 and chrome only!
-> It does not loads the style sheets properly in IE6 and other versions.

Have developed my website with following :
-ASP.net 2.0
-java script

Could anyone help me out to solve the browser compatibility issue?????
