Hi there,
The title says it all! I have an upcoming project for a penny auction website and I need a PHP scriptor and/or programmer as soon as possible. I don't have a budget at the moment, maybe monthly payments? This requires a dedicated web developer who can custom code everything from top to bottom. I will handle the business side and overall design. I'm a low budget so any help is appreciated but please, this is a penny auction site so I will be glad to add to your payment with royalties.
