Hello,

I have experience programming in AS3, JS, HTML, CSS.

We just bought visual studio at work and now I have to make use of it. I have been readiing about it a little but I don't seem to have a grasp of the big picture. There's so much to it, which features are most useful? Which are most often used or not used? How does it all fit together?

Are there any web sites or books you would recomend?

Thanks in advance.

I've always found http://www.learnvisualstudio.net/ to be pretty solid and well worth the price of admission. Tip: Buy the lifetime membership.. I purchased it years ago and its nice for it to always be there.
