CSS Designed Input Forms - Where do I begin?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a source where i can find a good tutorial on how to create and effectively design an input form though CSS? Thanks a million in advance.

I wouldn't rely on a turorial, I would find a free template you like the forms on and download and investigate. See what methods they have used and how they have structured there forms. Usually a designers CSS is fairly organised and the form CSS should all be together.
