Webmail provider that allows pasted HTML?

Hello,

I am looking for a webmail provider (preferably free) which allows me to paste HTML code (which obviously looks decent when received).

I am not talking about using a toolbar that allows me to use bold, italics, tables, etc, but to actually paste in already written HTML.

You probably need your own domain name and a hosting service and use that to create html emails.

I do it via a PHP form I set up on one of my pages which I fill in with the address I want to send to and my message with html and css and send through the form submission.
