Internet Explorer Closing

Hello,

I am relatively new to website development and could really use a hand. I've nearly complete a website with one problem - all of the internal links I have cause internet explorer 7 to close. IE 8 and Safari both work perfectly with the site. It doesn't seem to be the same link everytime, just when surfing around, eventually, one of the links will cause it to crash.

Code validators aren't picking up anything, other than telling me some of my formatting should have been done in the css file rather than the html file.

Are there any obvious known issues with IE7 in terms of the way links are coded that I should know about?
