Registration tool for events

Hi,

I'm looking for a PHP / MySQL-based registration system for various events. The whole is going to be integrated into an intranet site.

- The users should have the option of choosing between the different events and dates.

- Furthermore, the organizer shall be informed of how many people have signed up to be regulated.

Does anyone know a corresponding freeware / open source solution?
