Hi,
I am running a directory website using Phpmydirectory and i was thinking of shifting the whole thing over to a different system. Just wondering which of these (drupal or Joomla) would be better for an online directory. Since i am a bit new to web design i heard Joomla is a easier to work with than drupal. Please help.

Joomla is easily to install, and if you need any help you can always refer to the manual. It has a great modification base, making endless possibilities to the site you may want to have. Joomla also has a great support and development base, which means that if you ever need help you can get it at their forums. Joomla's strength is in complexity ,deep level navigation, sections in sections categories etc.It has fixed pages and posts, posts great for community sites, you can create regular site with it.
