I need some help with a page that looks fine in Firefox but looks completely different in IE. Could someone out there help me the Javascript on the index page of this site:

This has been discused so many times! Start with W3C validation and a strict !DOCTYPE and then we will talk. Also what the heck is that site about, the whole thing looks like a scam to me.
