Conformation Page

I created a basic form for user to input data. I want to create a confirmation page that shows what the user input and be able to customize what it says.

I am using HTML. I used to use Frontpage but now have Expression Web 4 and it was really easy in FP but it is a mystery on Expression.

Any help appreciated.
