Help required - relative noob, be gentle. - "local host" issue

Setting up website using wordpress on webfaction. Using a theme "Simple Organization".

The main links will not work - keep coming up as "local host" error.

Is this something I change in the wordpress database through webfaction, or do I have to change something in the Theme editor?

Advice and instructions welcome.
