Homepage Help

I am having an extremely hard time trying to fix the home-page of the website below. The main problems I am having are with the drown down menu and the slider. The drop downs are not showing up in the correct places, and the slider is just showing up as a scrollbar instead of the way it is supposed to appear. I have tried and tried to figure out what is wrong, but I can't seem to fix either problem. Any help I could get would be amazing

if you double click on the bottom left hand corner of i.e it will give you a clue where your errors are. sorry i cannot be of more help
