Best solution for a client area!

Hi there,

I want to set up a vps to host my companies website. I also want to be able to offer file storage and transfer for files that we have that are too big to email.

I have looked at proftpd. Although I like the idea of a web interface with client login. There they can download specific files that they need.

Any thoughts on how I can achieve this?
