Help with Pear & QuickForm.php

I am in need of some help with a site I am trying to get to function properly.

I had to switch the server location, name and password upon a total redesign. This is where the problem occurred.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'pear/PEAR/HTML/QuickForm.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/home/class/php') in /home/class/public_html/LoginPrint.php on line 49

The QuickForm.php file is there. I looked into permissions perhaps in the QuickForm.php document and did not see any co***icts.

Any help with this one is appreciated.
