Im going to be building a website soon and ive learnt almost all html and i know a bit about javascirpt. but there are a cuople things i need to understand, i want to be able to have a html builder on my website that allows people to create there own template. i would also like to understand how add to cart and papal can link to a web page, just because im wondering.

Well in the first place, that is not going to be easy. HTML can't do all that. So you will need to learn PHP and MySQL too.
