Need a bit of guidance

I am trying to make a contact us box that is very similar to the one found here http://www.quickquote.com/partnerships.html on the left hand side.

I opened firebug and saw the code that they were using, but didn't know if there were any other pointers that I would need?

Also, is there a way to copy the code in Firebug and place in dreamweaver so I can manipulate the settings?

Any thoughts would help.
