I am making my first website and i think i bit off more than i can chew.
Basically there are two main parts to my website and i want to make the home page an "enter page" that would have two banners.. one linked to one part of the site and one to the other part of the site. I am using a wordpress theme that i have been modifying. I think i need to write a couple lines in PHP to be able to do this but i have no idea where to begin. please help me! thank you!
