Random Affiliate After Banner Click.

I have a question about using my affiliates links when a banner is clicked. The idea is to have a random affiliae selected and give them credit for the click. I want the affiliates code and Website to be what a potential customer will then be directed to. I will store the affiliate codes in mysql.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great.
