RegEx Assignment

Good Afternoon People,

I am currently studying Javascript and I am having problems finding a code for a RegEx for UK phone numbers - I have been told that it would be perfectly acceptable for this assessment to only accept UK numbers in internal dialling format and to remove any non-digits before performing a simple test for between 9 and 11 digits.

Any Ideas with this one??
