customize facebook????

I was looking at templates for dreamweaver and ran across facebook templates and I'm not exactly sure what they are for

Is there a way that you can customize facebook. Check this out and see what it is. it says it's a facebook template.

you create a business or fan page, then add a new page, and install FBML application. This will allow you to use limited html for your newly created page. You then set the new page as the landing page in your settings. all they have done is precoded some stock images for you on that site, they are nice, but if originality and/or budget is a concern, do your own.
