easier way to add new cars

im making a website for a dealership, dont really know any programming most everything ive done was through wysiwyg and the cars for sale ive been adding is the hard way, making a new .html for a page to link to and adding pictures to my /images. i know other dealerships when they get a new car they have a place to click to "add new car" and put in info and upload images without using ftp and going in back door. is there someone that can show me a tut. so i dont have to pay $$$ to get this done?

What you're looking for here is basic content managemtn / ecommerce.

If you don't have the programming experience behind you, it'd probably be worth looking into an open source ecommerce patform like Magento, this will give you lots of backend functionality for not just creating 'products', but also for managing their listings withing the site and the relationships between them.

Wordpress, is fundamentally a blogging platform, but there is a free ecommerce plugin, wp-commerce, which is easy enough to setup.
