Hi, im completely new to web design and have been handed the responsibility of managing our company intranet. General maintenence i have no problem with, however we have numerous policies and procedures which staff must read and its been suggested for me to create somekind of form or something that people must tick to say they have read that particular policy which then gets sent to I.T. or stored in a database to say who has read what. All our policies are hyperlinked pdf's and ideally someone would open the policy, read it, then when they hit close a box will appear where they can confirm they have read that policy. Its kind of like a terms and conditions window where you have to agree (confirm) you have read the information. Is this possible or can anyone suggest the best tool / function etc. Im using dreamweaver 8.
