First my experience level with web design is low intermediate.
I have designed many sites using Front Page. I really dont use any of the elements or extension Front Page has I just like the navigation and ease of being able to put code in and see how it looks. I am using tables in my designs and I understand CSS is much easier and functional.
I am more experienced on the design side than the actual putting together a site side. I am an artist and designing web graphics and sites comes natural. I wanted to know with all the experience you guys have, what is the best program for designing CSS sites that is a wysiwyg program. I know quite a bit of html language but CSS is someting I have not dabled much with.
You can see my personal site at www.shihtzukisses.com to give you an idea of my capabilities. I have designed a new site for Shih Tzu Kisses but I want to put it together using newer methods. Any help would be appreciated.
