Identify What Kind of Menu and How To Make It, Help Please!

Hello Forum,

I would really appreciate it if you could help me on identifying what kind of menu
this is (flash, javascript, etc...) and how I can make it. I think that it is javascript, but I have no idea how to make it for my site. Please help me out! Thank you to all!

It seems to be flash made but I would do it in Java.
Jquery could do just the same thing and faster.

Maybe this one is the closest to what you are looking for Multi level drop-down (http://www.kriesi.at/archives/create-a-multilevel-dropdown-menu-with-css-and-improve-it-via-jquery) It is all a matter of changing the animation settings to how you want it.

If you wanted the exact menu, I'm sorry. I can't help with that.
