Classic ASP Dynamic Menu

Hi Guys n Gals
I'm struggling to find a solution for this.
I'm looking for a navigation menu solution for our site.
It's written in Classic ASP and i have the recordset pulling the values for the multi levels.
The structure needs to be as such:

Section (static)
Top Level
Sub Level
Subsub Level

I'm not sure how to code the ASP or menu itself.

What do you all use??
