Table Alignment Problems

I have just started creating a website and I have hit a problem when adding content to my site. Web I add another table within a section of my site it makes the table which is the navigation bar expand and moves part of it down. You can see what I mean if you look at this page.

and compare it to another page on the site like this one

Can anyone tell me how I can stop the table from doing this?
