abduzeedo cool features?

I came across this cool design site and really thought a lot of the features were neat. Does anyone know what they used to get this type of functionality. Are they just a bunch of plugins? I like how the site is very easily connected to social media outlets. All you have to do is drag a picture on to a twitter icon to tweet it. the site is abuzeedo.com
