Help with spry menu in Dreamweaver CS4

I have used spry menus before with success. Today I wanted to change the backgrounds of the menus and sub menus to the same color so i could start over again and now I can not change anything. To top it all off there are no real drop downs, the sub menus are all visible.
Could someone kindly check this page out and offer me a fix or way other than spry if possible? Thank you

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand your question. It looks ok to me, menu and submenus are the same color, and the dropdowns work. In FireFox anyway.
