How to create drop down menu like this?

Dear Experts,

I am looking to create a Drop down menu for my website.
Please check mcafee.com they way they have a drop down menu, something like that.

I have a different background of the menu.. So how to develop it.

Now when i create the menu, so will it be effective and easy to move all things to CMS solution (when i use it later).
