Created a mostly HTML website that is having spacing issues with Chrome

Hey everyone! I'm not a complete newby to Web Design but I haven't been much into it in the last 2-3 years so I forgot some stuff, not to mention the new browsers that are causing some problems!

I created this website -> http://www.bluecakevp.com/index2.html

It looks OK in Firefox and Internet Explorer, but when you start clicking on different pages in Chrome, everything gets distorted.

Could someone look at the code and help me figure it out?

Things have moved on in web design with newer browsers very much wanting CSS and div tag based layouts. Tables for layout are consigned to the history books. That is your fundamental issue. You also have no doctype which probably isn't helping.
